Shipping & Delivery
Our team process orders Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. We offer the following selection of shipping methods to assist you in getting your products as quickly as one needs. We offer UPS ground (5 to 10 business days).
At this time, we do not have rush delivery for orders.
Larger orders which many include multiple 5 gallon pails, 55 gallon drums or pallets of products. We use our preferred freight companies to assure your cost of freight is the best by using our freight discounts.
Processing Your Order: In most cases items are processed that same day if ordered by 12 noon EST (and not a holiday). If ordered after 12 noon EST, the order will be processed the next day(if not Saturday, Sunday or a holiday).
Rush Orders: In the event you would like to request us to rush your order, please call us during business hours (Mon-Fri 9:00am – 5:00pm EST) at 1 (888) 440-3826 or send us an email to support (at) mycleaningproducts.com. We will do whatever we can to accommodate you.
Oversized Orders, Incorrect or Undeliverable Addressees and Refused Shipments: Oversized orders may incur additional shipping charges. Incorrect or undeliverable addresses and refused shipments resulting in an item being “returned to shipper” will be charged for shipping fees.
International Orders (Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO Shipping): Shipping outside the continental U.S. will require additional Shipping charges. These fees will cover any taxes or duties so that you will not be responsible for any additional fees once your package arrives to your door. We may have to contact you and let you know what those additional charges will be.
Availability & Back Orders: While we always keep products in supply around the clock. There are times due to high volume of sales or unforeseen conditions where your order may be back ordered or periodically out of stock. If this should ever happen we will email you right away letting you know when an estimated time that specified item will be shipped.
Defective Merchandise: Customers happiness with the their order and how we treat them is extremely important to us. The items you’ll receive are of the highest quality products, in excellent condition and will include a 100% guarantee all products. If for any reason you notice a damaged product from shipment or freight. Freight damages or product defects must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of your order.
